Return Policy

Obexon accepts returns within 30 calendar days of the product being delivered, and only from the original end purchaser. Returns must be postmarked as shipped back to the Company within 30 calendar days of the product having been delivered. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. Prior to shipping any product for a return or a claim under the limited warranty, the original end purchaser must  email our team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns or warranty claims will be accepted without a valid RA# printed on the outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included inside the package. Credits for returns will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Product returns and claims must be shipped prepaid. obexon is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit.

Important notes:

  • - This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from obexon.com.
  • - All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original obexon packaging.
  • - Please note that adhesive products that have been used can not be returned.
  • - Customized items, unless due to an error on our part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • - Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • - For non-quality related returns, obexon will refund the cost of the returned product only.Please note that original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • - Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.
  • - Customers are responsible for any damage to items or loss during shipping for non-quality related returns.
  • - Items must be returned within 7 days after the initial application.
  • - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.

I have received wrong product-what do I do?
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

How do I exchange an item/order?
You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not customized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your return policy states that I have to return the product in its original packaging.I no longer have the original packaging-can I still return it?
To make sure that all customers will received a complete, defection-free product, the products returned must be in a resellable status. We are sorry that products without the original packaging cannot be returned.
